The residents of Cavalier Park-Bay Colony wish to preserve the beauty of our neighborhood.  In practicing good stewardship
we recognize that the integrity of zoning should be maintained.  We support the fair and impartial enforcement of the
Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area Ordinance and the Virginia Beach Code Tidal/Coastal Area regulations.
